Welcome to MagicBook. These Terms are an agreement between you and MagicBook ("we", "us") for the use of book.aimagic.com and the personalized storybooks we create. By using MagicBook, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 and a parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, or have the guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in link private.
MagicBook turns a photo of your child into a personalized, AI-illustrated digital storybook. Because the artwork is AI-generated, each book is unique and results may vary — likeness is a friendly illustration, not a photograph.
You confirm that you have the right and consent to upload the photo and details you provide, and that they do not contain anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes anyone's rights. You keep ownership of your photo. You grant us a limited licence to process it (including through our AI providers) solely to create and deliver your books, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The personalized book we create for you is yours to keep, view, download and print for personal, non-commercial use as a family keepsake. The story templates, artwork styles, and the MagicBook site remain our property (or that of their respective owners). Classic tales are adapted from public-domain stories.
Please don't upload photos you don't have permission to use, attempt to create harmful, hateful, sexual, or deceptive content, or misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Some features require a paid subscription, billed securely through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. Because books are personalized and delivered digitally, we generally cannot offer refunds once a book has been generated — but if something goes wrong or you're unhappy, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
We work hard to keep MagicBook running, but we provide the service "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Book generation depends on third-party AI services and may occasionally fail or be delayed; if a book fails, we'll help you try again.
To the extent permitted by law, MagicBook is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may update these Terms as MagicBook grows. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know. Continuing to use MagicBook means you accept the updated Terms.
